Space Rental



If you're interested in renting out the space, please email hello@marchaprilart.com with your event details. Include what amenities and equipment you would like as well as an estimated head count. Please also describe your event in 1–2 sentences.

Once we confirm availability, we will send you an event agreement and liability waiver. Upon signing the agreement, we ask for a 50% deposit to lock in your reservation. 

Please give us 48 hours' lead time to process your request and send an event agreement. Thank you!

Rental rates, 2 hour minimum:
  • $50/hour for 1–9 guests
  • $70/hour for 10–20 guests
  • $80/hour for 21–30 guests

  • $35–65 cleanup fee (email us your event details for an exact quote!)
