Somi Jun is a writer and educator from Los Angeles. They received their BA in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and MFA in Creative Writing from UC Irvine. Now they are working on an English teaching credential and a collection of essays.
Jun has worked with private tutoring and college counseling clients since 2016. Recently, Jun’s clients have received acceptances from Stanford, Brown, Johns Hopkins, and Cornell, as well as from top tier public, art, and tech schools.
No matter the academic background, Jun works together with students and their families to create options. Above all, they hope that every student receives a rewarding and meaningful education, matched to their individual interests.
