Are you a queer and/or trans fibers artist, painter, designer, writer, photographer, or other creative of color?

Applications are now open for the 2025–26 QTBIPOC March April Studio Residency! Residents are accepted on a rolling basis and can choose residency dates from November 1, 2025 to December 15, 2026. All applicants will hear back from us within 2–3 weeks of submission.

Studio residents receive 2-6 months of free access to shared studio space and a $50/month transit stipend to offset the cost of transportation.

Why March April? March April is the season of growth, facilitated by surprising changes in the weather. One day, sunshine. The next, pouring rain. It’s the variation, sudden turns in fate, and good, deep soil that make growth possible.
