Bhavani Srinivas makes sculptures, fiber installations, prints, and books. These objects often explore the myths of the motherland that are imagined by people living in diaspora; scientific racism; and the Tamil language. Bhavani co-runs a small press called Corners cutoff, which has a focus on publishing multi-lingual collaborations. She is based in Los Angeles, California and is a graduate of Princeton University.
